Author James Kenyon is a thirteenth-generation American immigrant. His family left Exeter, England, to come to Rhonde Island in the 1600s. His grandparents migrated and homesteaded on the prairie of western Kansas. James is a veterinarian, historian, and public speaker. He is a two-time winner of th eMartin Kansas History Book award.
