To ensure a smooth, food safe finish they have been sanded smooth and treated with an all-natural process of soaking in mineral oil and applying a beeswax finish coat.

Size: 14" x 11" x 1"
**Size might vary slightly due to final finishing

Care:
Items used for direct food contact like cutting boards, spatulas, and charcuterie boards are treated with a mineral oil and wood conditioners. It is important to provide continued care to these items by applying wood conditioner as needed. This will ensure the items remain water-resistant and prevent splintering of the wood due to drying.

Wood should never be soaked in water as the wood will absorb the water and warp. Cleaning should be done with a hot soapy cloth followed by a quick rinse under a light stream of hot water and then immediately dried.
